1. Hire agreement

By booking with Go Baby Go you agree to these terms. The hire is for the seat type(s) and dates shown in your booking confirmation.

2. Bookings & payment

Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Your seats are held for a short period while you complete payment.

3. Availability

Seats are hired by type, not by a specific unit. We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent or better seat where necessary.

4. Delivery, collection & return

Delivery and airport handover are provided in the zones and for the fees shown at checkout. Seats must be returned by the agreed return date. Late returns may incur additional charges.

5. Use & safety

You are responsible for correctly fitting and using the seat in line with the manufacturer's instructions and the safety guidance provided. See our Health & Safety page.

6. Cancellations & refunds
